Are the products authentic?
Yes — authenticity is the foundation of Zurie Cart. Every brand and product is sourced through verified suppliers. If you ever receive a product you believe is not genuine, contact us immediately with photos and your order number and we will investigate and provide a full refund if confirmed.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across all of Rwanda. Kigali City delivery is prioritised — most Kigali orders arrive within 24–48 hours. Outside Kigali (Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern provinces) typically takes 2–5 business days depending on location.
How much does delivery cost?
Kigali City delivery is 2,000 RWF. Delivery outside Kigali is 5,000 RWF. Orders above 60,000 RWF qualify for free Kigali delivery — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery (COD) is available for all orders across Rwanda. You pay the full order amount in cash when the order arrives at your door. No card or Mobile Money required for COD orders.
Which Mobile Money options do you accept?
We accept MTN Mobile Money (MoMo) and Airtel Money, processed securely via Flutterwave. You will be redirected to complete payment after placing your order. Your phone number must match a registered MoMo or Airtel account.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Order changes and cancellations must be requested before the order is dispatched. Contact support immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can checkout as a guest by entering your email address at checkout. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, maintain a wishlist, and view your order history.
How do I track my order?
Sign in to your account and go to My Orders to view the current status of all orders. You can also contact our support team via WhatsApp at +250 793 950 060 with your order number for a status update.
