Zurie Cart collects only the information needed to operate our store and serve you well. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
Information we collect
We collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and email when you place an order or create an account. For Mobile Money payments, we receive a transaction reference from Flutterwave — we never store full card numbers. We also collect standard web analytics (pages viewed, device type) to improve the experience.
How we use your information
Your information is used to process and fulfil orders, provide order status updates, respond to customer support requests, detect and prevent fraud, and improve our products and services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Order and account data
Order history, saved addresses, and wishlist items are stored in your account so you can access them at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team.
Third-party services
We use Flutterwave for payment processing, Cloudinary for image hosting, and standard analytics tools. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and handles only the data required for their service.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, maintain your cart, and secure your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features like staying signed in will not work.
Your rights and choices
You can view, update, or delete your account information at any time from the Account section. To request a full export or deletion of your data, contact us at the email listed on our Contact page. We will respond within 5 business days.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify customers via email or a notice on the site at least 14 days before changes take effect. The current version date is shown at the bottom of this page.
