Shipping and delivery
We deliver across all of Rwanda, with Kigali orders prioritised for the fastest turnaround. Here is everything you need to know about timelines and fees.
Kigali City delivery
Standard Kigali delivery costs 2,000 RWF and typically arrives within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Most Kigali orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched same day. Free Kigali delivery applies automatically on orders over 60,000 RWF.
Outside Kigali
Delivery to the Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern provinces costs 5,000 RWF and typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the exact destination. Remote areas may require additional time. Our delivery partner will contact you to confirm arrival.
Order confirmation and dispatch
You receive an order confirmation immediately after checkout. For Mobile Money orders, dispatch begins after payment is verified. For Cash on Delivery orders, dispatch begins after order confirmation. You can track your order status any time from your account.
Delivery hours
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 8 AM – 6 PM. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays, but can still be placed and will be processed the next working day.
Failed deliveries
If delivery fails because no one was available to receive the order, our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery the next working day. After two failed attempts, the order is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Damaged goods on arrival
Inspect your order before accepting it. If packaging is visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us within 24 hours. Do not return items to the delivery rider — contact our support team first.
