By shopping on zuriecart.com you agree to the following terms. These apply to all orders placed through our website and any associated services.
Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include applicable taxes. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders where a pricing error has occurred, where payment cannot be confirmed, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
Payment
Payment is accepted via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money (processed by Flutterwave), and Cash on Delivery. Mobile Money payments must be completed within 30 minutes of placing your order. Orders with incomplete payment will be cancelled automatically.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather, third-party courier delays, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
Product information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the physical product. We reserve the right to correct errors in product information before an order is fulfilled.
Account use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login. Do not share your credentials. You must not create accounts for fraudulent purposes, submit false orders, or abuse reviews, returns, or any other platform feature. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on zuriecart.com — including product images, text, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Zurie Cart. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
Zurie Cart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
